Short Answer: No refunds on PDFs.
In the future when I’m able to add physical deliveries of tabloid size scores and 9×12 parts, returns would be understandable. As it currently stands, I can only sell downloadable PDFs. I therefore lack the means to enforce the return of a digital product and simply cannot offer that as an option.

If it’s within my budget and within my distance I definitely will visit your ensemble for a rehearsal and a concert. As excited as I am for opportunities like this, I unfortunately can’t come to every visit because of personal cost. I am more than willing to speak to you over Zoom and provide pointers!
